Yoga & Movement


Molly began practicing yoga in 2007 when she experienced a deep sense of peace following a challenging class. Since then, Molly has studied Forrest Yoga with Anna Forrest, Inner Axis with Max Strom, Adaptive Yoga with Mathew Sanford, and many other workshops with master teachers. Molly was fortunate to spend a weekend in the presence of Rama Jyoti Vernon, learning how to access fullness of voice. Molly is also an avid hiker, biker, runner, and swimmer. She has completed two triathlon sprints and loves to be in water whenever possible.
